1. はじめに

CloudPod（以下「本アプリ」）は、運営者および提携クリエイターが配信する動画をファンクラブ形式で視聴できる動画配信機能と、ユーザー自身が写真・動画・ファイルをクラウドに保存・管理できるストレージ機能を提供するアプリです。ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報の保護に努めます。本プライバシーポリシーは、本アプリが収集する情報、その利用方法、保護措置、および第三者との共有について説明します。本アプリを利用することにより、本ポリシーに同意したものとみなされます。

2. 収集する情報

本アプリは以下の情報を収集することがあります。

• アカウント情報：メールアドレス、表示名、プロフィール画像、認証プロバイダ（Google / Apple）の識別子

• 視聴・利用履歴：視聴した動画、再生・プレビューの状況、お気に入り、アプリ内での操作ログ
• アップロードコンテンツ：ユーザーがストレージ機能で保存する動画・写真・ファイル、およびストレージ使用量
• デバイス・利用情報：端末の種類・OS・アプリのバージョン、デバイス識別子、おおまかな利用状況・診断情報

3. 情報の利用目的

収集した情報は以下の目的で利用します。

• サービス（動画配信およびストレージ）の提供および維持
• ユーザーアカウントの認証と管理
• 加入プランに応じた視聴権の付与・管理（プレビュー／フル視聴の制御）
• サブスクリプションの管理および年齢確認
• アップロードファイルの安全な保存・管理およびストレージ使用量の管理
• カスタマーサポートへの対応
• 不正利用・著作権侵害・コンテンツの不正な複製や再配布の検出と防止

4. 第三者への情報提供

本アプリは以下のサードパーティサービスを使用しており、必要な範囲でデータを共有します。

5. データの保管・削除

ユーザーのデータはサービス提供に必要な期間保管されます。

• アカウントを削除した場合、アップロードしたファイルおよびアカウントに紐づく個人情報は 即時削除 されます
• アップロードファイルはCloudflare R2に暗号化保存されます
• アプリ内からいつでもアップロードファイルを削除できます
• 運営者が配信する動画コンテンツ自体は、ユーザーのデータではなく本サービスの提供物であり、本条の削除対象には含まれません

6. セキュリティ

本アプリは以下のセキュリティ対策を実施しています。

• 通信の SSL/TLS 暗号化
• Firebase Authentication による安全な認証
• Cloudflare R2 による安全なファイルアクセス認証
• 署名付き URL（Presigned URL）による期限付きアクセス制御

7. 年齢制限・子どものプライバシー

本アプリは満18歳以上の方を対象としています。18歳未満の方の利用は認めておらず、18歳未満の方から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。18歳未満の方の情報が収集されていることが判明した場合は、速やかに削除します。

8. ユーザーの権利

ユーザーは、ご自身の個人情報について、開示・訂正・削除・利用停止を求めることができます。アプリ内の設定からアカウントおよびデータの削除を行えるほか、下記の連絡先までお問い合わせいただけます。サブスクリプションの管理・解約は、App StoreまたはGoogle Playの設定から行えます。

10. 著作権侵害の申告（DMCA）

CloudPodは著作権を尊重しており、著作権侵害コンテンツのホストはポリシー違反です。著作権侵害を発見した場合は、以下の情報を含めてご連絡ください。

CloudPod ("the App") is an application that provides a fan-club–style video streaming feature, through which videos distributed by the operator and partner creators can be viewed, as well as a personal storage feature that lets users save and manage their own photos, videos, and files in the cloud. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we keep it secure, and how it may be shared with third parties. By using the App, you agree to the terms of this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

• Account Information: Email address, display name, profile photo, and identifiers from your authentication provider (Google / Apple)
• Subscription & Billing Information: Your plan (Gold / Diamond / Standard / Pro) and purchase, renewal, and cancellation status. Payments are processed through the App Store / Google Play and managed via RevenueCat. We do not collect or store payment details such as credit card numbers.
• Viewing & Usage History: Videos you have viewed, playback and preview activity, favorites, and in-app activity logs
• Uploaded Content: Videos, photos, and files you store using the storage feature, and your storage usage
• Device & Usage Information: Device type, OS, app version, device identifiers, and general usage and diagnostic information

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information for the following purposes:

• Providing and maintaining the service (video streaming and storage)
• Authenticating and managing user accounts
• Granting and managing viewing rights according to your plan (controlling preview vs. full viewing)
• Managing subscriptions and performing age verification
• Storing and managing your uploaded files securely and managing storage quotas
• Responding to customer support inquiries
• Detecting and preventing abuse, copyright infringement, and unauthorized copying or redistribution of content
• Improving the service, analyzing usage, and developing new features

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is retained for as long as necessary to provide the service.

• When you delete your account, your uploaded files and the personal data associated with your account will be deleted immediately
• Uploaded files are stored encrypted on Cloudflare R2
• You can delete your uploaded files at any time within the app
• Video content distributed by the operator is part of the Service rather than your data, and is not subject to deletion under this section

We implement the following security measures:

• SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit
• Secure authentication via Firebase Authentication
• Cloudflare R2 secure file access authentication
• Time-limited Presigned URLs for access control

7. Age Restriction & Children's Privacy

The App is intended for users aged 18 and older. It is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of the use of your personal information. You can delete your account and data from within the app's settings, or contact us using the details below. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your App Store or Google Play settings.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. For significant changes, we will notify you via in-app notification or email. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

10. DMCA Copyright Infringement Notice

CloudPod respects intellectual property rights. Hosting copyright-infringing content violates our policy. If you believe your copyright has been infringed, please send a notice containing:
