第1条（適用）

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、CloudPod（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。ユーザーは本サービスを利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

第2条（登録・年齢制限）

本サービスを利用するには、本規約に同意の上、所定の方法により登録を完了する必要があります。登録はGoogleアカウント、Apple ID、またはメールアドレスを使用して行うことができます。

本サービスは17歳以上の方を対象としています。17歳未満の方はご利用いただけません。

第3条（禁止事項）

ユーザーは、本サービスの利用にあたり以下の行為を行ってはなりません：

• 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
• 犯罪に関連する行為
• 著作権・商標権等の知的財産権を侵害する行為
• 他のユーザーまたは第三者のプライバシーを侵害する行為
• 本サービスのサーバーまたはネットワークに過大な負荷をかける行為
• 本サービスの運営を妨害するおそれのある行為
• 不正アクセスの試み
• 違法なコンテンツのアップロードまたは共有

第4条（サービスの停止）

CloudPodは、以下のいずれかに該当すると判断した場合、ユーザーへの事前通知なく本サービスの全部または一部の提供を停止・中断することがあります：

• メンテナンス、点検または更新作業を行う場合
• 地震・落雷・火災・停電・天災等の不可抗力により本サービスの提供が困難になった場合
• その他、CloudPodが本サービスの提供が困難と判断した場合

第5条（著作権）

ユーザーがアップロードしたコンテンツの著作権はユーザーに帰属します。

第6条（利用制限・登録抹消）

CloudPodは、ユーザーが以下のいずれかに該当する場合、事前通知なく当該ユーザーの本サービスの利用を制限し、またはユーザー登録を抹消することができます：

• 本規約のいずれかの条項に違反した場合
• 登録情報に虚偽の事実があることが判明した場合
• その他、CloudPodが本サービスの利用を不適当と判断した場合

第7条（サブスクリプション）

本サービスはフリープランと有料プラン（Standard / Pro）を提供しています。有料プランは自動更新サブスクリプションです。

• フリープラン：1GBストレージを無料で提供
• Standardプラン：500GB — 月額 ¥1,480 / 年額 ¥9,800（月換算 約¥817）
• Proプラン：10TB — 月額 ¥3,980 / 年額 ¥25,800（月換算 約¥2,150）
• 初月割引キャンペーン（月額プランのみ・期間限定）：Standard月額 初月¥980（2ヶ月目以降¥1,480）／Pro月額 初月¥2,980（2ヶ月目以降¥3,980）。年額プランには初月割引はありません
• 支払いは購入時にApp Store（iOS）またはGoogle Play（Android）アカウントに請求されます
• サブスクリプションは現在の期間終了の少なくとも24時間前までに自動更新を停止しない限り、自動的に更新されます
• 更新は現在の期間終了の24時間以内に行われ、更新料金は同条件で課金されます
• サブスクリプションはいつでもApp StoreまたはGoogle Playの設定からキャンセルできます。キャンセル後も現在の請求期間終了までアクセスは継続されます
• 払い戻しはApp StoreまたはGoogle Playのポリシーに従います

第8条（免責事項）

CloudPodの故意または重大な過失による場合を除き、契約不履行に基づくCloudPodの責任は通常生じうる損害の範囲に限られます。本サービスは「現状のまま」提供されており、特定目的への適合性を保証するものではありません。

第9条（サービスの変更）

CloudPodは、ユーザーへの事前通知なく本サービスの内容を変更し、または本サービスの提供を終了することができます。これによりユーザーに生じた損害について、CloudPodは責任を負いません。

第10条（規約の変更）

CloudPodは、必要と判断した場合には、ユーザーへの事前通知なく本規約を変更することができます。変更後の規約は、本サービス内に掲示した時点で効力を生じます。

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the conditions of use for CloudPod ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Article 2 (Registration & Age Requirement)

To use the Service, you must agree to these Terms and complete registration using the prescribed method. Registration can be done via a Google account, Apple ID, or email address.

The Service is intended for users aged 17 and older. Users under the age of 17 are not permitted to use the Service.

Article 3 (Prohibited Activities)

Users must not engage in the following activities when using the Service:

• Any act that violates laws or public order and morals
• Any act related to criminal activity
• Any act that infringes intellectual property rights such as copyrights or trademarks
• Any act that violates the privacy of other users or third parties
• Any act that places an excessive load on the servers or network of the Service
• Any act that may interfere with the operation of the Service
• Any attempt at unauthorized access
• Uploading or sharing illegal content

Article 4 (Suspension of Service)

CloudPod may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Service without prior notice if any of the following circumstances apply:

• When performing maintenance, inspection, or updates
• When providing the Service becomes difficult due to force majeure such as earthquake, lightning, fire, power outage, or natural disaster
• When CloudPod otherwise determines that the Service cannot be provided

Article 5 (Copyright)

Copyright in content uploaded by users belongs to the users.

Article 6 (Restriction and Termination)

CloudPod may, without prior notice, restrict a user's access to the Service or cancel a user's registration if the user falls under any of the following:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms
• Discovery that registered information contains false facts
• Any other case in which CloudPod determines that use of the Service is inappropriate

Article 7 (Subscription)

The Service offers a Free plan and paid plans (Standard / Pro). Paid plans are auto-renewing subscriptions.

• Free Plan: 1GB of storage at no charge
• Standard Plan: 500GB — $9.99/month or $59.99/year (Japan: ¥1,480/month or ¥9,800/year)
• Pro Plan: 10TB — $24.99/month or $149.99/year (Japan: ¥3,980/month or ¥25,800/year)
• First-month discount (monthly plans only, limited time): Standard Monthly $5.99 for the first month (then $9.99/month from month 2; Japan: ¥980 first month, then ¥1,480/month) and Pro Monthly $19.99 for the first month (then $24.99/month from month 2; Japan: ¥2,980 first month, then ¥3,980/month). No first-month discount applies to yearly plans.
• Payment will be charged to your App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) account at confirmation of purchase
• The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Renewal is charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate
• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your App Store or Google Play settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period after cancellation
• Refunds are subject to the App Store's or Google Play's policies

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

CloudPod's liability for breach of contract is limited to the scope of damages that would normally arise, except in cases of CloudPod's intentional misconduct or gross negligence. The Service is provided "as is" and CloudPod makes no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.

Article 9 (Changes to the Service)

CloudPod may change the content of the Service or discontinue providing the Service without prior notice. CloudPod shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users as a result.

Article 10 (Changes to These Terms)

CloudPod may change these Terms without prior notice when deemed necessary. The revised Terms take effect when posted within the Service.
